¿ALGUIEN SABE COMO FUNCIONA EL COLONIALISMO?

MONSANTO, CON EL CONSENTIMIENTO IMPLÍCITO DE LOS PRODUCTORES AGROPECUARIOS AVANZA SOBRE NUESTRA ECONOMÍA ¿DONDE ESTA LA «MESA DE ENLACE» DENUNCIANDO ESTA «INTERVENCION» QUE AFECTA LA LIBRE COMPETENCIA? Luego que la justicia de los EEUU les permitiera «patentar» los organismos vivos (que dirá el Creador, si anda por algún lado), las empresas norteamericanas se lanzaron al mundo a apoderarse de los genomas de los seres vivos. Este supremo absurdo,que confirma que la sociedad actual esta en un camino sin retorno, ha necesitado de la complicidad de socios locales que faciliten los mecanismos legales que les permitan cobrarnos «royalties» cada vez que comemos. El gestor en nuestro país de esta entrega fue el ex ministro de Agricultura de los 90, Felipe Solá, que cometió la grosería de aprobar los transgénicos de Monsanto, usando como «protocolos científicos», nada menos que los folletos de propaganda EN INGLÉS dela empresa. Ahora, como les quedó un hueco en la legislación,impulsan la firma de una carta acuerdo en la que los productores aceptan pagar regalías, Con el objetivo de avanzar hacia un mecanismo de reconocimiento de la propiedad intelectual Las empresas de la industria semillera impulsan un entendimiento privado con los productores. Se trata de una carta acuerdo en la que los productores que la firman expresan su voluntad de que la Argentina tenga las sojas RR2Y y/o RR2YBt, propiedad de la multinacional Monsanto, y también aceptan pagar una regalía en caso de utilizarlas. En Brasil, la multinacional Monsanto y la industria cerraron un acuerdo para el cobro de regalías y la nueva soja allí se sembrará en 2012. Pero en la Argentina aún no hay un sistema que habilite esta eacción y por eso, aquí se busca acelerar el paso. De hecho, ante la imposibilidad de cobrar regalías por la actual tecnología, Monsanto inició juicios (hoy levantados) en Europa para intentar cobrar de los importadores cuando arribaran los barcos. Esa soja, aún no disponible para la Argentina, se pudo ver en la última edición de Expoagro en los stands de Nidera, Don Mario y Sursem, exhibidas, por cuestiones regulatorias, en jaulas de vidrio. En Expoagro hubo productores que firmaron esa carta, que se parece a una acta acuerdo de los productores con Monsanto, poniendo de manifiesto una vez mas el compromiso ideológico de los grandes terratenientes y operadores agrícolas de nuestro país con estas empresas. La carta acuerdo dice en el inciso IV del tercer punto que el productor acuerda pagar regalías y contempla tres alternativas: pagarlas en el momento de compra de la bolsa de semilla de soja certificada o en el momento de la declaración y siembra de semilla para uso propio, o en el momento de entrega de esos granos al exportador o elevador participante del sistema. No se especifica cuánto podría ser el monto de la regalía. Hasta el momento, esa carta fue firmada en su mayoría por productores del Norte. «Ya lo hicieron productores que representan más del 60% de la soja en el NEA y el NOA», expresaron en una empresa. El objetivo es contar con más adhesiones en otras zonas para intentar demostrar que hay una cantidad importante de productores que está de acuerdo en que llegue la nueva tecnología. La iniciativa de la carta cuenta con el aval de la Asociación de Semilleros Argentinos (ASA), que agrupa a la industria. El control sobre nuestra producción avanza sin límites, en la carta también se establece que sólo quienes hayan optado por participar del sistema y lo cumplan podrán sembrar la nueva soja y venderla, por ejemplo, a exportadores que también estén dentro de este mecanismo. También se autoasignan controles dentro de nuestro país, que ni siquiera el Ministerio de Agricultura y pesca efectúa: «Los exportadores y/o elevadores participantes del sistema evaluarán la presencia de tecnologías RR2Y y/o RR2YBt en el grano que reciban», precisa el inciso IV°. El inciso V agrega, resolviendo un mecanismo tipo, allanamiento, que en nuestro país solo puede disponer la justicia que…»la misma Monsanto podrá evaluar la presencia de esas tecnologías en los campos del productor, mediante inspección y toma de muestra». Monsanto quiso tratar de avanzar con juicios en Europa ante embarques que llegaban con subproductos de la oleaginosa argentina. El secretario de Agricultura de entonces, Miguel Campos, llegó a calificar de «vergüenza nacional» a la compañía. El año pasado, la multinacional retiró juicios que había entablado en el Viejo Continente. Para acelerar un acuerdo, la Asociación de Semilleros Argentinos (ASA) mantuvo diversas reuniones con entidades el último año y ahora algunas empresas del sector impulsan una carta en la que, con su firma, los productores avalan el pago de regalías para que llegue la nueva soja.
